At MF Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority.
1. Exchange Policy
Exchange is only available if you receive a damaged or wrong product
You must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused and in original packaging

2. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on used or opened products
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after product inspection
Refund may take 5–7 working days

3. Non-Returnable Items
Used perfumes
Opened or damaged products (by customer)
